About the Role:
RIZM is looking for an energetic Success Engineer to be a key driver for our enterprise customers in managing the complex energy transition successfully with our software. We aim to be the data driven one stop shop for energy intelligence for our customers. Working closely with Solution Engineering, Product, Sales & the founders, you will enable customers to get value out of the software while securing long term success by optimizing our own product. You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Success & Solution Engineering.
Tasks
* You are responsible for your customer portfolio of large corporate/enterprise customers together with the account management team.
* Help champion an environment for ongoing strategic customer success.
* You onboard new customers and help our customers to get up & running with our software solution to decrease the time to value.
* You work closely with our founders to deliver first insights/value within our Proof of Value (POV) projects.
* You analyse customer behaviour and propose concrete measures for the successful use of the RIZM SaaS ecosystem.
* You live customer-centricity by capturing and communicating customer insights to RIZM's product and engineering teams to help shape product development.
* You shape our processes and will optimize them with your data-driven mindset.
Requirements
* You have completed your studies in Energy management, Energy Engineering, or a comparable course.
* You have successfully proven yourself in customer relationship, engineering or energy management, ideally in a SaaS/Software environment. (2+ years)
* You are proactive, work independently, can prioritize your tasks well, and are a team player.
* You have an affinity for software, and your solution-oriented approach makes you a competent contact person for our existing enterprise customers.
* Relevant project management experience
* You are impact driven, have a strong interest in sustainability, and enjoy dealing with customers.
* You are a strong communicator with very good German (C2 level) and English skills, both written and spoken.

RIZM combines data from production, energy procurement and infrastructure to enable holistic optimization of energy systems, procurement, operation, and production decisions with the help of algorithms. RIZM supports your teams in uncovering and realizing synergy effects in the energy system and already in use by almost 10% of the DAX-40.
