What does the ROLE imply?
Responsible for the entire personnel administration, including contract creation, reference letters, change agreements, etc.
Maintaining and managing employee records in Success Factors and other internal HR systems
Administer end to end the Time & Attendance
Data gather, input and communication with the Payroll provider
Communication with relevant external local institutions
Managing the recruitment process across EU Region: Creating job advertisements, reviewing applications, conducting kick off meetings and interviews, and preparing job offers
Advising and supporting employees and local managers on labor law and HR-related issues (e.g., contracts, salaries, vacations, benefits, conflict mediation etc.)
Manages the On- & Off-boarding process arranging for working equipment, liaising with IT, regular meetings with all employees of the site, exit interviews, stay interviews
Promotes Staff Engagement. Coordinates staff events to improve motivation and morale.
Works on special projects assigned by the Reg. Snr. HR Manager Europe: eg. HR processes optimization, culture change projects, HR Analytics etc.
Assisting in the implementation of employee development and training programs
Requirements
What should YOU bring at the table?
Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
3-4 years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Generalist or HR Specialist
Previous experience with recruitment A-Z process, preferably at international level
Good knowledge of German labor law and personnel administration
Preferably a first experience in working in an international company
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
Good written and spoken (at least B1 level), German and English skills. Other foreign language is nice to have
Soft skills: Problem-solving ability, empathy, dealing with uncertainty, resilience, good in dealing with change, initiative, open to work in a complex international environment
