YOUR TEAM We specialize in overseeing the entire lifecycle of innovative automated parking solutions, starting from the conceptualization phase, analyzing specific requirements, ensuring profitability, and culminating in securing final approvals. WHAT YOU WILL DO Specification, implementation, configuration and maintenance of interfaces for the parking function software Facilitating the establishment of agreements regarding the schedule and resource allocation for the software components Taking care of the software integration cycle for the parking software components / Responsibility for software component delivery and distribution of the integrated software to the parking function development team Responsible for testing integrated software to ensure its functionality and reliability Coordinate and facilitate debugging sessions between Tier1 (hardware supplier) and Tier2 (software supplier) at both the Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) and vehicle levels Manage all aspects of configuration management tasks WHO YOU ARE Successfully completed studies in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, automotive engineering or comparable studies with technical focus Experience in the development of functions for driver assistance systems or in the required areas (networking, sensor technology, HMI, control of vehicle actuators, Validation) Experiences in ADAS/AD series development and the corresponding processes and standards (ISO 26262, ISO 29119, ASPICE, ) Self-dependent, structured and results-oriented working method High ability to work in a team and to communicate Analytical and business thinking as well as problem-solving skills Very good knowledge of English and German, written and spoken NICE TO KNOW Remote work options Temporary work from abroad in selected countries Flextime / optional working hours Company pension plan Annual professional development Sabbatical option up to 6 months 30 days paid 10 days unpaid leave Possibility for VW Group car leasing If you have further questions about the candidate journey at Cariad, talk to Cari, our Cariad Chatbot.
