Job Description We are in search of a Software Engineer II with a consistent record of motivation and expertise in software engineering. In this role, you will work alongside a collaborative team to build outstanding web applications. This position is located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico and presents a valuable chance to create a difference for our customers. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain web applications using Java, J2EE, and web technologies. Write automated tests to ensure magnificent code quality. Work closely with teams from different departments to successfully implement new features. Craft and develop micro services using frameworks like Spring and Hibernate. Use continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) build pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes. Build and optimize databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and DynamoDB. Implement UI/UX designs using CSS, LESS, SCSS, and Bootstrap. Ensure cross-browser compatibility of web applications. Perform Java unit testing and use mock frameworks like JUnit and Mockito. Collaborate with cloud-based applications using AWS. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field of Engineering. 2 years of experience in web application development using Java, J2EE, and web technologies. Confirmed understanding of frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and JPA. Experience with micro services development and CI/CD build pipelines. Proficiency in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and DynamoDB. 2 years of experience with web 2.0 technologies like JavaScript, AJAX, and JS libraries (Angular, React, jQuery, etc). Good understanding of UI/UX development and cross-browser compatibility. Passion and experience in testing, including Java unit testing and mock frameworks. Having experience with cloud-based applications that make use of AWS is a plus. Familiarity with Digital Marketing Adobe technologies like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.0) and Adobe Target is a plus. Understanding of CI/CD and DevOps is a plus.
