Principal Systems Engineer (M/W/D) - Automotive OEM
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage product research and development initiatives to drive innovation and anticipate technological trends
* Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and drive system architecture and technical concepts
* Offer direction and influence to engineering management on long-range product development objectives
* Uncover and resolve problems associated with product development and implementation
* Represent Garmin in external meetings with customers and suppliers
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Software Engineering or related field
* Demonstrated proficiency in research and development of leading-edge technology in the automotive industry
* Excellent understanding of hardware and software development and capable of providing technical guidance
* Multiple years of experience in offering direction and influence to engineering management
