Areas of responsibility
Planning and design of software solutions in Cobol
Development and maintenance of software components to meet requirements (new development, program modification and maintenance of software components, documentation and provision of created software)
Setting up, adapting and administering the software development environment
Testing of software components or software systems, adaptation and revision of batch procedures
Quality assurance and documentation
Future involvement in the agile cross-regional project "rvEvolution" as a developer or specialist architect with a focus on Java and Angular
Supervision of students and training of IT specialists
Requirements for
Successfully completed university degree in computer science or comparable field of study, alternatively successfully completed further training in IT or several years of relevant experience in IT
Relevant experience in the area of responsibility and in software development required (knowledge of the programming languages COBOL/Java desirable)
Willingness to acquire the necessary specialist knowledge
Analytical, logical, structured and conceptual thinking skills
High service orientation towards users and applicants
