As our new Electrical Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our production engineering electrical standards are implemented and maintained across our global operations. Your key responsibilities will include: Global Standards Development:Develop and align best practices for electrical production engineering standards on a global scale. Support and Training:Support, train, and assess assembly ensuring compliance with electrical production engineering standards. R&D Collaboration:Act as liaison between Technology (R&D) and our process engineering departments Production Line Design:Design and implement production lines for new electrical products in collaboration with our process engineering departments. Facility Implementation:Support the implementation of new lines for our production facilities. Storyboards / Manufacturing Process:Support on the creation of storyboards (Manufacturing Process description) and the overall assembly processes, ensuring that electrical needs and standards are included. PFMEA Establishment:Establish Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) based on information from Technology (DFMEA) and lessons learned from previous factories for the electrical aspect. Design reviews: Conduct design reviews with our technology department to ensure quality and manufactory ability. Collect feedback from our factories and ensure this is a part of the reviews and feedback. What You Need to Make a Difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for : In-depth understanding of electrical principles and theories, including knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC) Able to view, interpreting and understand electrical schematic. Skilled within assembly process and can design and create assembly processes. English in written and spoken. Preferably experience in working with electrical wiring and trouble shooting Able to overview and understand electrical cabinets and their build up, to provide feedback for design. Understand the importance in a proper designed cabinet for best possible wiring and trouble shooting. Understanding the assembly processes by eg. Same cables size for different purposes. Preferable hands-on experience in working with electrical wiring and diagnosing issues.
