Job Summary:
We are seeking for an experienced
Specialist (m/f/d) Quality Management / Quality Engineer to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all our facilities consistently deliver top-quality services to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and monitor the quality management system according to ISO/IEC 17065 and ISO/IEC 17025, among others, standards at all sites within your area of responsibility.
2. Organize, support, and execute internal and external quality management system audits.
3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes
4. Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions
5. Lead and conduct management review meetings
6. Handle external complaints promptly and effectively
7. Provide quality training to staff
Requirements:
8. Business language proficiency in both German and English
9. University degree or equivalent advanced training (state-certified technician, etc.)
10. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management; familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17065 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 is a bonus
11. Experience in supporting or conducting internal and/or external audits
12. Independent, systematic, and responsible work approach.
13. Strong team collaboration skills and flexibility
14. Effective communication with stakeholders at all levels
15. Willingness to actively support and drive change processes
